Meet our founder, an accomplished event marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in coordinating and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns and events. With a track record of exceeding expectations, she has proven herself to be highly organized, results-driven, and a skilled project manager who excels at managing project timelines and developing content.

Throughout her career, she has worked for Florida Atlantic University (FAU) where she has held several positions, including Associate Director, Assistant Director, Senior Events Coordinator, and Events Coordinator. In her most recent role as Associate Director, she successfully designed and managed up to 60 events annually, ranging from small donor meetings to large-scale events with budgets up to $1.7M. She has also supervised and managed direct reports while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Her expertise in managing timelines for multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and negotiating contracts with vendors, have resulted in cost savings of up to 15%. She is also highly skilled in analyzing campaign data to identify areas of improvement and increase ROI.

With her excellent communication skills and attention to detail, she has built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level attendees, speakers, vendors, and sponsors, ensuring effective communication and campaign success. Her creative problem-solving skills allow her to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality experiences.

She received her MBA in International Business and a BBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University. She also holds certificates in AllSeated Professional and Meetings & Events Management, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and development.
